CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Once you’ve placed an order online, you can’t amend it yourself. Please call us at +44 203 903 4444 (Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm UK time) or email us at email@example.com and we’ll cancel any unwanted items or place a new order for a replacement item (at no additional cost).
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Currently we offer standard service via DHL. If you would like express delivery, please do email us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We charge a flat shipping fee as follows:
We can ship worldwide and if you are located in any other country, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange it. You can also collect your order from the Varana flagship store at 14 Dover Street, W1S 4LW, London. To do this, select the 'Collect in Store' option at checkout.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? ARE DUTIES PAID BEFOREHAND?
We ship to all countries worldwide via DHL. Currently, we only offer shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis for the following countries:
UK, EU, UAE, USA, India, China
If you enter a shipping address in any of these countries, the price shown to you at checkout will be inclusive of duty, based on all the information we have at that time. However, we cannot take responsibility for any additional charges that may be levied by the country you are located in.
CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
If you have a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation you can follow the progress of your order online at DHL.com.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you are completely delighted with your purchase from Varana. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we request that you return the item to us in the same condition that it was received, complete with all original tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with an item(s) on your order you can return to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be received unworn with all original tags attached. This is what you need to do:
To return your items in the UK please contact our team at email@example.com who will provide you with a returns label.
You can then book a collection with DHL by calling them on +44 844 248 0844 or drop at your local DHL service point. (Find your local service point here) We are happy to bear the costs for all returns within the UK. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we regret that we cannot bear the cost for that. We ask that you handle the charges for sending the item back to us.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS TO THE STORE?
We do offer a return drop-off service at our London store located at 14 Dover Street. However the refund will be processed by our online team and may take 3-5 working days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received your items. Please be aware that it can take up to 15 days for the funds to clear with your bank.
